TENR is a housing record platform for extended stay motel residents. This policy explains what information we collect when you join our waitlist, how we use it, and how you can request its removal.

What we collect

When you submit the interest form on checktenr.com, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your email address (optional)
• The name of your motel or extended stay property
• Your city

We do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, or any government-issued identification at this stage.

How we use it

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Follow up with you when TENR launches in your area
• Understand where demand is highest so we can prioritize our rollout

We will not use your contact information to send marketing unrelated to TENR, and we will not contact you more than necessary.

How it is stored

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. Your submission is stored on Formspree's servers and forwarded to us. Formspree's own privacy policy governs how they handle data in transit.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Full stop.

Your rights

You can request that we delete your information at any time. Send an email to the address below and we will remove your submission from our records within 7 days and confirm when it's done.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above. Since TENR is pre-launch, this policy will evolve as the product does.
